Sales / Business Development Executive

Job Description

Must possess excellent skills in lead generation & sales of IT Services / products which include Web development/design, mainly Digital Marketing like SEO, SMO, e-Commerce, etc.

Experience in selling of IT Services / Solutions to domestic & international customers; need to cultivate, generate & grow large scale relationships for new accounts.

  • Attitude to deal with International/domestic client.
  • Identify & establish effective relationships with appropriate clients to understand their business and digital marketing needs.
  • Must understand the web services like website /application development and must be able to explain those to the clients
  • Generate business leads through Upwork (previous Elance), GURU or Work & Hire like portals. Looking out for potential business customers & target client & indulging in business negotiations.
  • Identifying opportunities & developing new markets entry strategies Seeking business opportunities by identifying prospects and there standings in the industry.
  • Must possess the ability to convert leads to clients.
  • Job will be target based.
  • Experience of dealing with final decision makers like: CEO, MARKETING Manager, Director or the owner of the company.
  • You will be responsible for the complete sales cycle i.e. from starting the cold call till closing the deal, help will be provided
  • Candidate should think out of the box and bring in new ideas on business development.

Desired Candidate Profile

(UG - B.B.A - Management, B.Com - Commerce) AND (PG- MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization, M.Com - Commerce) AND (Doctorate- Any Doctorate - Any Specialization, Doctorate Not Required)

  • Candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills to generate leads & handle clients independently.
  • Knowledge of technologies & platforms like PHP, Wordpress, Joomla, Drupal, Magento, Moodle, Opencart, SEO, SMO etc. is preferable
  • Negotiation Skills & problem Solving attitude.
  • Prepare data analysis for business reviews.
  • Data mining to identify business trends and opportunities.
